PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mail server system for quickly performing setting of mail delivery with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the mail server system in which common mail address including a common domain name is set for each user terminal, and when mail is transmitted and received between mail servers, an inter-server delivery mail address for each user terminal including a domain name of a mail server to be a connection destination of the user terminal is used to transmit and receive mail, a mail server A is provided with an alias information storage part 20 for storing alias information about a correspondence relation between a common mail address and inter-server delivery mail address, and an alias information maintenance part 12 for performing update processing of alias information if there is no inter-server delivery mail address corresponding to a user terminal in the alias information when receiving mail from the user server connected under its own mail server.
