PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of drawings and the workload for management and the like by organizing spools having a common shape, in plant design technology using a three-dimensional CAD system. SOLUTION: A spool aggregation means 15 aggregates respective spools in internal data 114, which is generated by a data acquisition means 104, based on common shapes to obtain shape data 106 stored according to the spool shape. In this process, a comparison and classification means 52 compares the contents of control point tables relating to the respective spools, in the round robin, so as to confirm whether a control point table has the same control point, beginning with the start points of all the spools, thereby determining matching based on prescribed common characteristics.
