PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of organic silicone resin particles from surface functional sites, the movement caused by a phenomenon such as detachment of particles from a toner surface or rolling movement on the toner surface by the effect of its shape, by mixing an appropriate amount of organic silicone resin particles formed in a deformed shape (hemispherical shape) in a toner or a developer, and to make expected functions attain effectively. SOLUTION: The organic silicone fine particles for a latent electrostatic image developing toner has a volume average particle diameter of 0.05 to 6.0μm which is obtained by measurements, based on the Coulter principle, and has a hemispherical polysiloxane crosslinked structure.
