PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support write operation in a communication site and activate communication. SOLUTION: When writing information is displayed on user devices 31, 32 in the communication site where the plurality of users can write in, a display limit selected among a display limit to prevent displaying of the writing information written by a specific user, a display limit to prevent displaying of the writing information with the number exceeding a fixed number of comments, a display limit to prevent displaying of the writing information which is latest within a fixed number range with the number exceeding the fixed number of comments, a display limit to display only the writing information written within a fixed time, and a display limit to simultaneously display only the writing information which is latest within a fixed number range of the writing information written by the same user and prevent displaying of the writing information written by the other users is done by a server 22.
