PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective method for treating fabric composed of at least two kinds of fibers. SOLUTION: The protein fibers such as wool, etc., produce amino acids by degradation in subjecting a fabric containing at least two kinds of a protein fiber, a cotton fiber, a nylon fiber or a polyester fiber, to a subcritical water treatment at 200-220°C for a predetermined time. And then the cotton fibers produce a sugar or an organic acid by treating at 250-300°C, and then treating at 300-350°C, the polyester fibers and the nylon fibers are degraded. The fabric is separated and recycled as a decomposed product for raw materials of fiber, residual fibers by changing treating temperature and treating time of the subcritical water treatment.
