PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack to prevent incorrect attachment of a non-corresponding electronic equipment to a battery attaching part. SOLUTION: In the battery pack in which attachment and detachment are carried out by sliding an outer cabinet 2 to the battery attaching part of the electronic equipment side, in the outer cabinet 2, on both side faces neighboring via a pair of lateral sides in parallel with a sliding direction of an attaching face 2a to the battery attaching part, locking recessed parts 55, 56 are locked in which a locking convex part 70 protruded and installed from the battery attaching part side is engaged, in one or both of both side faces according to a kind, a detection recessed part 50 is formed in which a convex part for kind detection protruded and installed from the battery attaching part side is engaged, the locking recessed part 55 is equipped with an inclined face part 57 to pull in the locking convex part 70 and a pinching part 58 in which the outer cabinet 2 is pinched by the bottom face 5a of the battery attaching part and the locking convex part 70 by sliding the battery attaching part, and in the pinching part 58, the thickness of the height direction nearly orthogonal to the placing face 2a is formed larger than the depth of the same direction of the detection recessed part 50.
