PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing plate which can prevent a blade from being caught fitting into a recessed groove corresponding with a stripe and also can upgrade the adhesive power of a sizing agent layer to be formed on the surface of an adherend by a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, when the pressure-sensitive layer is formed in a stripe-like pattern in parallel with the width direction of the pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape, and a manufacturing method of the pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape using the gravure printing plate. SOLUTION: This gravure printing plate 5 has a support part 15, consisting of a plurality of projecting parts 16 and 17 whose formation positions are superposed over each other in the peripheral direction of a cylinder 2 and mutually set apart, arranged in the recessed groove 4. The manufacturing method of the pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tape is to coat an adhesive as a creative source for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to one side of the strip-like base material with a width large enough to include a plurality of the pressure-sensitive transfer adhesive tapes by the gravure roll coating process using the gravure printing plate.
