PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation experiencing apparatus which is excellent in reproducing actual earthquake motions, can be easily installed without time and trouble, and can be suitably operated. SOLUTION: The seismic isolation experiencing apparatus B enabling an experiencing person to experience seismic isolation effect by a seismic isolation apparatus 3 is so constituted that a shaking mechanism 20 has a first shaking mechanism section 30 and a second shaking mechanism section 31. The first shaking mechanism section 30 comprises: an electric motor 32 rotating a rotary shaft 32a around the axis of rotation 03; a first flange member 33 provided integrally with the rotary shaft 32a; and a first pin member 35 one end of which is connected to the outer side in radial direction around the axis of rotation 03 of the first flange member 33 and the other end of which is connected to a first movable stage 2. The second shaking mechanism section 31 comprises: a second flange member 39 supported by a base 1 so as to be rotatable around the axis of rotation 05; and a second pin member 42 one end of which is connected to the outer side in radial direction around the axis of rotation 05 of the second flange member 39 and the other end of which is connected to the first movable stage 2.
