PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink film which can be manufactured with high productivity by using a resin composition without substantially using a solvent and which has a resin cured layer excellent in toughness and following property in a shrink process or the like. SOLUTION: The shrink label is characterized in that the film has a resin cured layer on at least one surface of a shrink film, the layer formed by applying and curing an actinic ray-curable resin composition containing an oxetane compound, an epoxy compound and an acrylic resin having a hydroxyl value of 1 to 200 (mg-KOH/g-resin) and having a glass transition temperature of≤50°C by 6 to 60 wt.%.
