PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmonic retrieval method capable of reducing the cost comparing with the case where a dedicated article is developed. SOLUTION: A route 16 and route 18 after node (15) N<SB>k+1</SB>and node (17) N<SB>k+2</SB>are considered as respective virtual current sources 14 and 19. When an adjacent node, for example node (17) N<SB>k+2</SB>, has large current value, the node (17) N<SB>k+2</SB>is set as a next flow-in direction retrieval node, and similarly a flow-in current source is retrieved. Prior to the derivation of the current value, respective voltages V<SB>k</SB>, V<SB>k+1</SB>, and V<SB>k+2</SB>of the node (12) N<SB>k</SB>for retrieving the flow-in direction, the adjacent node (15) N<SB>k+1</SB>, and node (17) N<SB>k+2</SB>are measured synchronously in measuring time using a PMU, for example.
