PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of weight of a counterweight by a method for mounting the counterweight by moving a pin member by an operation of a rod member. SOLUTION: This mounting device is provided with a weight supporting part 4 provided at a rear end part of a machine body frame 3 of a construction machine, a weight mounting part 16 provided in the counterweight 10, the pin member 20 for mounting the counterweight movable to a through position for mounting the weight mounting part 16 on the weight supporting part 4 and an evacuation position for removing the weight mounting part 16 from the weight supporting part 4, and the rod member 30 having one end connected to the pin member 20 and the other end extended to project to the outside of the counterweight 10 and moving the pin member 20 between the through position and the evacuation position by an operation on the other end side.
