PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform stable power source supply from an engine power generating device and an electricity storage device by a relatively inexpensive configuration even when load fluctuation of an electric motor is large. SOLUTION: The electricity storage device 6 has an electricity storage capacity for storing electric power necessary for increasing engine speed of the engine power generating device 1 from minimum speed enabling power generation to maximum speed.
