PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil feeding apparatus and an oil feeding method for always feeding a constant amount of oil being not affected by seasons or installation conditions. SOLUTION: The opening/closing operation of a first solenoid valve SV1 is controlled by a first controller 24 based on the measured result of a load cell 22. Because of this, even if the quality of oil stored in a main tank 12 is changed by seasons or environmental conditions, the weight of the main tank 12 where the oil is stored is measured by the load cell 22 and the operation of the first solenoid valve SV1 is controlled by the first controller 24 based on its measured result, always a constant amount of oil is made to flow to a first supply pipe 14.
