PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminate packaging material which combines gas-barrier properties preventing deterioration of the contents due to oxygen, water vapor and other gases permeating the packaging material of drugs, foods, cosmetics, etc. and UV-blocking properties preventing deterioration of the contents due to UV rays and especially blocks UV rays in the range of wavelengths of up to 400 nm. SOLUTION: The laminate packaging material has at least a film formed by applying a coating agent containing two or more UV absorbents having different UV-absorbing characteristics to one side of a transparent gas-barrier film to form a UV absorption layer.
