A coffee maker with an improved coffee basket comprises a main body unit providing high-temperature hot water or hot steam to dip in coffee. A support base is provided for the coffee basket, which comprises a rotating fixing structure. The drive shaft of the fixing structure is linked to the shaft of the motor. The coffee basket contains caffeol and is detachable with respect to the rotating fixing structure. The coffee basket is designed into a rotatable structure. With the rotating of the the coffee basket, the mixing between caffeol and hot water or hot steam is thorough enough. |
