METHOD AND APPARATUS OF LASER INDICATION ON BREAK-DOWN COLOUR THREAD FOR EMBROIDERY MACHINE

A method and an apparatus for indicating the disconnection state of an embroidery thread for an embroidery machine by laser are provided to display a head portion with the cut embroidery thread, thereby discerning the embroidery thread easily. A laser pointer(100) emits laser during the predetermined period through a corresponding control so that the disconnection state of an embroidery thread is displayed. A control member(110) is connected with the laser pointer and drives the laser pointer when the embroidery thread is disconnected. A tension sensing member(120) monitors the tension of the embroidery thread and detects the disconnection state of the embroidery thread. A keyboard member(130) is connected with the control member and inputs the command signals for loading the selected design pattern and for controlling the production of the embroidery. A memory member(140) records the plural design patterns and operating information and loads the selected design pattern to the control member.
