Monoclonal Antibodies towards the Exotoxin of Burkholderia pseudomallei There is disclosed in this invention a recombinant monoclonal antibody towards the exotoxin of Burkholderia pseudomallei. The monoclonal antibody was generated by phase display technology and can be utilized as reagent for purification of Burkholderia pseudomallei exotoxin and also as diagnostic reagent for detection of exotoxin during acute phase melioidosis.
