The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) having pharmaco logical activity towards the sigma (.sigma.) receptor, and more particularly to some spiro-pyrano-pyrazole derivatives, to processes of preparation of s uch compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in therapy and prophylaxis, in particular for the treatment of psychosis .
