<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclosing method that makes it possible to maintain system stability until reclosing is carried out and carry out reclosing even in one-line π lead-in configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The reclosing method is such that an accident phase of two transmission lines in which an accident has occurred is blocked and then the accident phase is reclosed. This method comprises: a linkage condition determination step at which, when the accident phase is blocked, it is determined whether or not a linkage condition for multi-phase reclosing is met; a multi-phase reclosing step at which, when the linkage condition for multi-phase closing is met, the accident phase is reclosed in multiple phases; and a synchronous reclosing step that is carried out when the linkage condition for multi-phase reclosing is not met. At the synchronous reclosing step, the following processing is carried out: one end of the accident phase is reclosed to be connected to one bus and then a phase difference between the transmission line voltage at the other end of the accident phase and the voltage of the other bus is computed; and when all the computed phase differences in the accident phases are within a predetermined range, reclosing at the other end is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
