<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily read information of one RF tag with at least three reader-writers. <P>SOLUTION: A data reading device keeps standby for a first standby period based on a reader number attached to the device itself and a read execution time from a reception of a read start request issued from a host computer 1, determines whether other data reading devices output electronic waves until a carrier sense time CS elapses after this, and if other devices do not output the electric waves, outputs electric waves until the read execution period elapses to read information, stops reading the information after the lapse of the read execution period, enters standby for a second standby period based on the number of readers and the read execution period, and then repeats these operations until a read stop request is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
