PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve better holding of material in flatly layered substrate. SOLUTION: Repeated cavities are formed of one sheet (5) and the edge part region of the other sheet (2) left on the periphery of a hole (4) by partly overlapping the other sheet (2) on the sheet (5) on the reduced region (13) in a sheet thickness (6). As its result, the hole (4) and the edge part region of the other sheet (2) left on the periphery of the hole (4) are disposed at the upper side of the reduced region (13) of the one sheet (5).
