PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hard polyurethane foam panel without a problem that the shape of a spacer appears in the contact portion of the spacer and face materials to generate defective appearance and without a problem that delamination of adhesion between the face materials and a hard polyurethane foam is generated from a non-adhesion portion as a starting point. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the hard polyurethane foam panel in which a sandwich panel is made by injecting a foaming raw liquid composition into a shaping space 16 formed of the face materials 14, 15 in both faces and a frame material 12 arranged between both the face materials from an injection nozzle arranged in a mixing head through an injection hole 18 formed in a frame material 12, foaming and curing the same, the face material 14, 15 are made of metal plates or resin plates, and at least one spacer 20 having contact boss portions 31, 32 contacting with the upper and lower face materials and formed such that the crosssectional areas of the contact boss portions are smaller in a position closer to the distal ends is arranged between the two face materials.
