PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio data reproduction device where a user can make a reproduction position jump quickly while reproducing a music. SOLUTION: In the audio data reproduction device, when an operation part receives a jump instruction during reproduction of the music, a control part stores a prescribed capacity audio signal D2 reproduced from an optical disk at a position (b') of a second beat neighboring a position (b) advanced from the position (a) of the first beat by a designated jump interval and address information on a beat detected from the audio signal D2 in a RAM, during a period (t) before the reproduction position arrives at the position (a') of a first beat neighboring a position (a) during reproduction at the time of receiving the jump instruction. Then, at a time D when the reproduction position arrives at the position (a') of the first beat, the control part stops the output of an output audio signal D1 after the first beat from an output terminal and immediately starts the output of an output audio signal D2 after a second beat within the RAM from the output terminal.
