PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation material having excellent thermal conductivity and insulating property at a low cost. SOLUTION: The heat radiation material has a composite material comprising a ceramic and aluminum and having an alumite layer formed at least on one surface of the composite material.
