PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polygonal packaging box that can be easily assembled and shows no possibility of falling of the bottom. SOLUTION: The polygonal packaging box having a circumferential wall formed by continuously mounting face-to-face arranged side plates 1 and tilting plates 2 extending from both ends thereof, and bottom plates 5 each extending from the lower end of each side plate 1 can be assembled for use by connecting the tilting plates 2 to the bottom plates 5 with a folding-in piece 8 placed between them, giving a valley-folding line 9 obliquely from the corner of the side plates 1 and the tilting plates 2 to the folding-in piece 8, pasting one side to the tilting side plates 2, bending the bottom plates 5 upward to restore the bottom plates 5 from the flat and folded state of the folding-in piece 8 to the horizontal direction, and double-folding the folding-in piece 8 along the valley-folding line 9.
