PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reamer capable of stably and accurately carrying out finishing over a long period of time. SOLUTION: The gun reamer 1 has an edge portion 2 at a distal end portion of a tool body, and is provided with a groove 3, a cutting edge 4, a heel 5, and a land 6 at the edge portion 2. The gun reamer 1 comprises a margin 7 formed on the land 6 so as to be adjacent to the cutting edge 4 on a rear side in a tool rotating direction, a guide pad 8 formed on the land 6 on a distal end side of the cutting edge portion 2 so as to be adjacent to the heel 5, and an oil hole 9 bored along an axis at a center portion of the tool body. The depth h2 of a groove on a rear end side of the edge portion 2 is constituted to be shallower than the depth h1 of a groove on a distal end side of the edge portion 2.
