PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device capable of simultaneously mounting a plurality of embedded nuts. SOLUTION: The mounting device is equipped with a press base 16 and a press plate 17 which are installed so as to be opposed in relatively approaching and separating fashion, a drive mechanism for operating so as to approach and separate at least one side of the press base 16 and the press plate 17, and a mounting fixture 20 which is mounted to at least one side of the press base 16 and the press plate 17 to be interposed between the press base 16 and the press plate 17, and presses the embedded nut 1 to fit a fitting part of the embedded nut 1 in recessed parts 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b provided on a base member 11.
