<p>A driver (100p, 100s) comprises a base section (130-1), a movable stage section (130-2) for mounting a driven article (12), a resilient section (120-2) exhibiting resiliency for moving the stage section along one direction (Y axis), a first application section (151-2, 152-2, 22) which applies a shaking force for moving the stage section to oscillate alone the one direction at a resonance frequency determined by the stage section and the resilient section, and a second application section (151-1, 152-1, 22) which applies a driving force for moving the stage section or the driven article mounted thereon stepwise or continuously along other direction (X axis). The stage section or other stage section mounted thereon as a driven section is divided into a plurality of stage portions.</p> |
