A display device for a keypad and an electronic device having the display device are provided to input a particular command by using a keypad equipped with pressurizing units and a touch panel, thereby more enhancing user interface environment. A display panel(130) is equipped with the first display region and the second display regions(1302). A circuit board(140) is disposed on the display panel, has the first opening unit(1401) and the second opening units(1402) corresponding to the first display region and the second display regions, and has keys(1403) around the second opening units. A touch panel(1301a) is formed in a shape corresponding to the first display region in the first display region, and is disposed to fill the first opening unit. A pad is disposed on the circuit board, and is equipped with pressurizing units in areas matched with the keys.
