<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate proper steering assisting force with excellent responsiveness, without receiving influence of inverse input torque, in a power steering device of a simple constitution formed by connecting two oil chambers of a steering assisting hydraulic cylinder to two delivery ports of an oil transportation pump. <P>SOLUTION: The two delivery ports of the oil transportation pump 7 using a gear pump are connected via respectively separate oil passages 63 and 64 to the two oil chambers 61 and 62 of the hydraulic cylinder 6 for applying the steering assisting force to a steering mechanism 1. This power steering device has: a torque sensor 4 detecting steering torque applied to a steering wheel 30; a steering angle sensor 5 detecting an operation angle of the steering wheel 30; and an actual steering angle sensor 9 detecting an operation quantity of the steering mechanism 1, and is constituted so that an assist control part 8 controls driving of the oil transportation pump 7, based on detected torque by the torque sensor 4 and a detected angle by the steering angle sensor 5 and the actual steering angle sensor 9 by giving a detecting result of the respective sensors to the assist control part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
