<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleeder device for use in a hydraulic circuit of a cylinder apparatus for driving a hydraulic clutch, capable of preventing foreign matter from being sandwiched between a piston and a shaft member when the cylinder apparatus is disconnected from a lever. <P>SOLUTION: When a transmission 1 is removed from an automobile, communication between ports 26a of the bleeder device 26 is blocked, and under such a condition that an oil pipe 25 connected to the port 26a, which is more distant from a pressure chamber 22 of the cylinder apparatus 11, is disconnected, the cylinder apparatus 11 is disconnected from a diaphragm spring 7. In this state, inflow and outflow of oil with respect to the pressure chamber 22 is prevented, so that the movement of the piston 17 of the cylinder apparatus 11 in a direction to expand the volume of the pressure chamber 22 is prevented even if the piston 17 is pushed in that direction by a spring 20. Accordingly, the piston 17 does not move from a position within the normal range of movement to an exposed portion R in which the foreign matter may attach on the outer peripheral surface of an inner body 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
