CATALYST DETERIORATION PREVENTION DEVICE AND LOW NOx COMBUSTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in the performance of a catalyst means and sustains the effect of low environmental pollution over a long period of time.

SOLUTION: The catalyst deterioration prevention device of the catalyst means 4 contains a catalyst component which generates the chemical change of a gas by contact. A poisoning substance removing means 3 for removing a poisoning substance which is contained in the gas and is adsorbed to the catalyst component or forms a chemical compound with the catalyst component is provided at the primary side of the catalyst means 4. The poisoning substance removing means 3 and the catalyst means 4 are respectively exchangeably provided with an interval. The carrier 24, 25 of the component which adsorbs the poisoning substance of the poisoning substance removing means 3 or forms the chemical compound with the poisoning substance and the carrier 24, 25 of the catalyst component of the catalyst means 3 are integrally constituted and exchangeably provided.
