PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment which punches out a tape in which thermoplastic adhesives are applied in the both sides with an arbitrary shape of small size, and attaches it to a body to be attached with sufficient precision. SOLUTION: A belt-like tape member 1 is mounted between an upper tape cut metal mold 3a and a lower tape cut metal mold 3b, an upper punch 4 is moved so as to close an opening 6a of a through hole 6 of the upper tape cut metal mold 3a, the lower punch 5 of the lower tape cut metal mold 3b is moved toward the direction to contact the upper punch 4, the belt-like tape member 1 is punched out to form an individual piece tape 2 which is tucked by the upper punch 4 and the lower punch 5, the individual piece tape 2 is absorbingly held by the upper punch 4, by attaching the individual piece tape 2 absorbingly held by the upper punch 4 at a predetermined position of a heat sink 8, when the tape in which thermoplastic adhesives are applied in the both sides are punched out with the arbitrary shape of small size, jumping out or shifting the position of the tape can be prevented, which makes it possible to attach it to the body to be attached with sufficient precision.
