PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a liquid crystal display device capable of reliably detecting a blinking defective part. SOLUTION: The present invention includes a testing turn-on device 14 for making a liquid crystal panel turn on for testing, a timing device 22 for generating a signal of a predetermined timing, a photographing device 16 for photographing an image of the liquid crystal panel 10 in synchronization with the signal, and a turning-off device for detecting a turning-on pixel or a turning-off pixel from the photographed image.
