PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dry composite semipermeable membrane having high durability against an alkali washing liquid and reduced in a change in permeation flux and salt inhibition ratio before and after membrane washing, and the composite semipermeable membrane obtained thereby. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the composite semipermeable membrane includes a process for forming an undried skin layer, which contains a polyamide resin obtained by reacting a polyfunctional amine component with a polyfunctional acid halide component, on the surface of a porous support, a blowing process for spraying air to the undried skin layer and the base material of the porous support to remove an excessive solution and a drying process for drying the undried skin layer.
