PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify an operator of maximum fire power and minimum fire power by limiting manual operation of a heating adjustment amount instructing means, and to allow the operator to tactually judge a normal operation state of the heating cooker so that the operator is prevented from having feeling of anxiety, making faulty judgement, and unnecessarily stopping heating as done in a conventional cooker. SOLUTION: This cooker comprises an operation limiting means 20 for limiting the manual operation of the heating adjustment amount instructing means in both of a case when the increase of heating amount is instructed by manual operation of the heating adjustment amount instructing means 19 in a state that a heating means is adjusted to a maximum heating amount within an adjustable range, and a case when the decrease of heating amount is instructed by manual operation of the heating adjustment amount instructing means 19 in a state that the heating means is adjusted to a minimum heating amount within the adjustable range.
