COMBINED SPIRAL-TYPE UNDERGROUND ANCHOR AND ROCK BOLT AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

Disclosed is a combined spiral-type underground anchor and rock bolt capable of having mechanical properties exerting excellent anchoring capability when installed in an excavation bore, having reduced unladen weight, and being produced economically, as well as a method of producing the same. The method includes: twisting a steel flat bar (A), serving as a base material, to form a spiral rod (10) such that unit spirals (11) are repeated between first and second opposite flat ends (12) of the spiral rod (10) in a lengthwise direction; cutting off the second flat end (12) of the spiral rod (10) without cutting off the first flat end (12) of the spiral rod (10) to expose the second terminal unit spiral of the unit spirals (11) at the second terminal end of the spiral rod (10); and integrally attaching an anchor bolt (20) to the first flat end of the spiral rod (10), the anchor bolt (20) having a predetermined length and being provided with threads (21) in the outer surface thereof.
