<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations and noises of a compressor due to vibrations of a motor. <P>SOLUTION: This compressor (1) comprises a compressing mechanism (2), a motor (4) connected to the compressing mechanism (2) via a driving shaft part (5), and a casing (10) housing the compressing mechanism (2) and the motor (4). The motor (4) has a stator (41), and a rotor (42) arranged inside a stator (41) and connected to the driving shaft part (5). The stator (41) is spot-welded to the casing (10) via a plurality of stator side welding parts (6a..., 6b...) provided at different positions in an axial direction of the driving shaft part (5).
