PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel temperature distribution for increasing reactivity by solving the problem that it is only disclosed that the barrel temperature of an extruder is higher than the melting temperature of an acrylic resin, that is, 150-350°C, preferably 200-300°C in a conventional technique and the screw constitution of the excluder and the barrel temperature thereof are not disclosed at all.
SOLUTION: The reactive extrusion method for performing continuous reaction in a twin-screw extruder is characterized by providing a gradient to the temperature condition of the extruder. The pressure in a reaction system is raised by lowering the barrel temperature of the part corresponding to a seal part and the barrel temperature of a reaction part is raised to enhance reactivity.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
|
