PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for obtaining an excellent observation image reduced in an angle of deviation and one-side blur and to provided an electronic endoscope and an assembling method of an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has an objective lens unit 31 in which objective lenses 11 and 34 are disposed in an objective lens frame 35 and a solid-state imaging device frame 38 which is fitted to the objective lens frame 35 and in which a solid-state imaging device integrally formed with a cover glass 40 in the imaging position of the objective lens unit 31 is arranged. The central axes Y of the fitting portions of the objective lens frame 35 and the solid-state imaging device frame 38 are made coincident with each other and the objective lens frame 35 and the solid-state imaging device frame 38 are fitted to each other, to be freely rotatable around the central axis. The optical axis X of the objective lenses is arranged in a position eccentric with respect to the central axis Y of the fitting portion of the objective lens frame 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
