PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of erroneous transmission by a user mistake due to a burden of destination confirmation work to a user when electronic mails are transmitted to a plurality of destinations. SOLUTION: A mail address acquisition analysis part 110 divides the destinations by domain unit. A display permission/prohibition determination part 113 narrows down destinations to be displayed by comparing confirmation results by a transmission history confirmation part 111 and a domain confirmation part 112 with a condition of a display condition table 122. In a transmission destination display part 114, addresses grouped by address domain are displayed, while highlighting an address is carried out by an arrow showing the address according to the condition of the display format table 122, and consequently, display allowing easy visual recognition can be carried out.
