PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of making a user have a feeling that the user desires to go to a land again by properly distributing information about the land memorable for the user to the user. SOLUTION: A land name of the important land is retrieved from an image file or a sentence file recorded in a recording part 12 based on a prescribed condition, an article related to the important land is retrieved every prescribed period with the retrieved land name of the important land as a retrieval keyword by a retrieval site 2, event information in the important land is obtained from the retrieved article, and a PC 3 is made to display the event information together with an image corresponding to the important land.
