PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each user in a group to easily grasp the state of a shared file. SOLUTION: A notification information management database stores information relating to the storage place of each file and information relating to the notification destination of each file, and an unread/read management database stores unread/read information showing whether or not each file has not been read or has been already read, and a notification list preparation means generates information relating to the notification destination of a newly prepared file and the storage destination of the newly prepared file in a notification information management database, and generates the unread/read information of the newly prepared file as non-reading in the unread/read management database, and a notification list retrieval means retrieves the state of unread/read and a file name based on the information relating to the notification destination of each file and the unread/read information about a file of which a retrieval origin terminal should be notified, and notifies the retrieval origin terminal of the retrieval result.
