PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that is extremely small in an increase of friction coefficient and abrasion, even after a long term or a large volume of printing, and that is superior in cleanability, and also to provide an electrophotographic apparatus for forming an image using a polymerized toner without arranging an external lubricant supply means to the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer and a crosslinked resin surface layer on a conductive support. The crosslinked resin surface layer contains at least a trimethylolpropane triacrylate and a dimethyl polysiloxane having a radical polymerizable functional group, and a lubricating particulate. The sum of the weight of the dimethyl polysiloxane and that of the lubricating particulate is≥5 wt.% and less than 20 wt.% with respect to the weight of solid contents of the crosslinked resin surface layer. Also, the lubricating particulate contains at least an acrylic-silicon copolymer. Further, the dimethyl polysiloxane having the radical polymerizable functional group is mixed with the lubricating particulate at a weight ratio of 3:7 to 7:3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
