PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber hose with a mouthpiece firmly, which enables fixing of the mouthpiece without damaging a hose body. SOLUTION: A stop ring 6 is protrusively formed on the peripheral surface of the mouthpiece 3. The hose body 2 is formed to cover the stop ring 6. An outer cylindrical ring 7 is provided on the peripheral side of the hose body 2 and on a side nearer to an end than the stop ring 6. The diameter of the outer cylindrical ring 7 is contracted to tighten the hose body 2. By suppressing the amount of compression of the hose body 2, the damage of the hose body 2 is prevented. The inside diameter of the outer cylindrical ring 7 is set to be smaller than the outside diameter of the stop ring 6. The outer cylindrical ring 7 is hooked on the stop ring 6 from the side of the end through the hose body 2. The mouthpiece 3 is prevented from being slipped from the hose body 2 and fixed.
