PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly eliminate minute chips such as asbestos, and to easily connect to an existing dust collector 8. SOLUTION: A case body A is provided with a suction port 24 on one side, and an exhaust port 6 on the other side. A primary filter storage portion 22 is provided on the suction port side, and a secondary filter storage portion 11 between the primary filter storage portion and the exhaust port side. A bag-shaped primary filter 23 communicating with the suction port and made from non-woven fabric is stored in the primary filter storage portion. On the other hand, a storage case 13 opening on both sides is assembled in the secondary filter storage portion. The storage case is filled with a HEPA filter 12, and provided with a seal member 16 surrounding a periphery of the openings of the storage case adjacent to the exhaust port side.
