PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder recovery device capable of certainly recovering fine powders generated in a process such as machining, and efficiently reusing recovered liquid from which the fine powders are separated. SOLUTION: The fine powder recovery device 1 catches and recovers the fine powders K by a bubble-shaped flow F formed in a fine powder recovery portion 3 by using bubbles B generated in a bubble generating portion 2. The bubbles B and the fine powders K recovered together in the fine powder recovery portion 3, are separated from each other in a fine powder separating portion 4 composed of a cyclone type separator 6 and a foreign substance separator 7.
