PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation control system capable of being controlled so as to properly perform methane fermentation by adjusting the amount of the biomass introduced into a methane fermentation tank by simultaneously measuring the amount or concentration of a biogas, the concentration of ammonia and the concentration of VFA to judge the state in the methane fermentation tank from the measured data. SOLUTION: The methane fermentation control system has a plurality of kinds of biomass introducing pipes 1, 2 and 3 and a mixing part 7 for mixing a biomass raw material and introducing the mixed biomass raw material to form the biomass gas and is equipped with a TS measuring means for measuring the total solid component of the introduced biomass, a biogas measuring means for measuring the biogas, an ammonia concentration measuring means for measuring an ammonia component in fermentation residue and a VFA concentration measuring means for measuring the total volatile fatty acid. The obtained measuring data is inputted to a control part 15, the biomass raw material to be controlled is specified corresponding to the inputted data, and the amount of the specified is regulated.
