PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asbestos treatment plant vehicle capable of restraining a risk of scattering asbestos even when meeting contingencies in transit. SOLUTION: The asbestos treatment plant vehicle 11 is provided with: a tank 16 which is used for treating asbestos-containing waste building materials and mounted on the vehicle; a sucking means for sucking the asbestos-containing waste building materials and housing the sucked waste building materials in the tank; a treating agent supplying means for supplying a treating agent composed of an inorganic acid and a fluorine-containing compound to the waste building materials housed in the tank; and a mixing/agitating means for mixing and reacting the housed waste building materials with the supplied treating agent in the tank. It is preferable that a ventilation hole equipped with a filter for ventilating a gas in the tank is arranged and an activated carbon filter 22 and at least one filter selected from a cyclone filter 20, a bag filter and a HEPA filter 21 are used as the filter.
