摘要 <p>An advanced water treatment system with maximized treatment efficiency is provided to prevent openings of a screen mesh from being closed, prevent activities of microorganisms from being deteriorated, prevent disinfection byproducts from being produced during the disinfection of effluent, and prevent an unpleasant feeling due to odor from being given to a workplace or houses of the town near the workplace by applying chlorine dioxide to components of the advanced water treatment system. An advanced water treatment system with maximized treatment efficiency comprises: a grit chamber(1) into which raw water flows; a screen tank(2) for receiving raw water of the grit chamber; a flow equalization tank(3) for receiving filtered raw water from the screen tank; an anaerobic tank(4) for receiving raw water of the flow equalization tank via a micro-filtration screen(14); an anoxic tank(5) for receiving raw water of the anaerobic tank; a membrane aerobic tank(6) for receiving a mixed liquid of the anoxic tank; a plurality of membrane units(16) submerged into the membrane aerobic tank to perform a solid-liquid separation process; a chemical tank(21) for supplying a flocculant into the membrane aerobic tank; a stabilization tank(7) for receiving residues of the membrane aerobic tank, supplying the residues into the anoxic tank, or supplying the residues into the sludge concentrating and storing tank; a plurality of membrane suction lines(42) which are installed between the membrane units and a suction pump(17), and on which a differential pressure gauge and a suction valve(15) are installed; a treated water tank(8) for discharging treated water to the outside; a treated water discharge pipe(62) for supplying treated water into the treated water tank; a sludge concentrating and storing tank(9) for receiving residues of the stabilization tank; a blower(18) for supplying an air diffuser, the sludge concentrating and storing tank, and the treated water tank; a treated water circulation pipe(44) for circulating treated water to the membrane units; a line mixer(45) for injecting chlorine dioxide supplied from a chlorine dioxide generating unit(80) into the treated water; and backwashing lines(46) connected between the treated water circulation pipe and the membrane units, the backwashing lines including membrane cleaning valves(15) for optionally injecting the chlorine dioxide-injected treated water into the membrane units.</p>
